Payment process

  • 50% advance payment is required upon confirmation of the trip.
  • The remaining 50% balance is payable before the trip starts.
All package prices are exclusively for two persons (couple).

Cancellation policy

  • Non-refundable hotels, transportation and flights will be deducted as per the shared policy.
  • Refund amount will be processed within 2 weeks.
  • If PIA cancels a flight, guests will be accommodated on the next available flight or 100% of the flight amount will be refunded.
  • Any additional stay or extra costs incurred due to a cancellation are the guest’s responsibility as per tour policy.

Terms & conditions

  1. Take care of your mobile phones and personal equipment while travelling.
  2. Members shall not indulge in any unethical activity, including misbehaviour with locals or other group members, abusive language or use of drugs. Non-compliance may result in termination from the tour without warning and without refund.
  3. On mountainous roads, the vehicle’s AC will be switched on and off to keep the vehicle from overheating.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reason deemed appropriate; participants will receive a full refund of the advance amount only.
  5. Every humanly possible care will be taken for safety. Ventures can involve unforeseen natural events such as avalanches or other accidents, which sometimes cannot be ruled out; in such an event the company / tour organisers will not be held responsible.
  6. No conflict or violence, whether verbal or physical, is allowed. Respect different cultures, religions, codes of practice, beliefs and political & geographical affiliations. Non-compliance will be dealt with strictly.
