Booking, payment & terms

Payment process

  • 50% advance payment is required upon confirmation of the trip.
  • The remaining 50% balance is payable before the trip starts.

Cancellation policy

  • Non-refundable hotels, transportation and flights will be deducted according to the shared policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within two weeks.
  • If PIA cancels a flight, guests will be accommodated on the next available flight or 100% of the flight amount will be refunded.
  • Any additional stay or extra costs resulting from cancellation are the guest's responsibility, according to the tour policy.
